Ancient Egypt – Reading
I wouldn’t say I’m a history buff but I find the Ancient Egyptian history and culture quite fascinating. I was lucky enough to spend a day in Cairo visiting the pyramids and the Egypt Museum and there are so many treasures to discover, literally and figuratively speaking!
If you want to read up on your character or get ideas for props and Egyptian costumes for your party, or indeed learn the basics of Egyptian history, this book will be a great help. Because it’s aimed at children there are lots of pictures and it’s a quick way to learn the basics without having to read the Oxford Egyptian History.
